We want you to be fully satisfied with your Los Angeles Apparel purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange items within 7-10 business days.
